Believe it or not, while MDT Wizard as always been cool for the admin crew, user feeling is a bit less antistatic: too much panels, many redundant and unbearable settings, and the list goes on…

In an effort to share the love and make life easier for everyone, I’ve made a little simplification and concatenate the two Language panels into one!

Now, instead of those two panels :

You’ll only have to deal with this:

The nice thing here is that all language Packs are directly selectable by the drop down list box, and of course, you also have another list box for an eventual second language.

So much more intuitive that you may wonder : why didn’t they built it that way ?…

How to Install

Download and copy DeployWiz_LanguageUI.vbs and DeployWiz_LanguageUI.xml to your scripts folder inside your deployment share.

In your rules, add the command SkipPackageDisplay=YES to prevent the language pack selection panel to show up.

Job done, see you next time.
